We are seeking a Director of Patient Services to lead our team in delivering exceptional patient experiences. You'll use data-driven insights and collaborate across functions to improve patient services while supporting our mission.
Salary: $150,000
Location: Houston, TX
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a high-performing team, ensuring service excellence in patient onboarding, clarifications, and call center operations.
Monitor and evaluate service effectiveness, driving improvements.
Oversee analytics and metrics to support strategic decisions.
Ensure effective training and communication across teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve cohesive outcomes.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience managing customer-facing teams in healthcare.
