About the Role:

As an Event Assistant, you’ll support the planning and execution of live events, brand activations, and community outreach campaigns . You’ll play a vital role in engaging with the public, representing top client brands, and fostering connections with local businesses and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup, breakdown , and on-site coordination of live events and brand activations

• Represent client brands with enthusiasm and professionalism

• Engage attendees by sharing key brand messages and distributing marketing materials

• Provide excellent customer service , answer questions, and promote event goals

• Help build relationships with local businesses, influencers , and community partners

• Collect event feedback and help analyze outcomes to improve future campaigns

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field is a plus

• No prior experience required — internships, volunteer roles , or extracurriculars in events or marketing a plus

• Strong interpersonal, communication , and customer service skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in fast-paced settings

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Weekend and evening availability for events preferred
