As an Event Assistant, you’ll support the planning and execution of live events, brand activations, and community outreach campaigns . You’ll play a vital role in engaging with the public, representing top client brands, and fostering connections with local businesses and organizations.
Assist with setup, breakdown , and on-site coordination of live events and brand activations
Represent client brands with enthusiasm and professionalism
Engage attendees by sharing key brand messages and distributing marketing materials
Provide excellent customer service , answer questions, and promote event goals
Help build relationships with local businesses, influencers , and community partners
Collect event feedback and help analyze outcomes to improve future campaigns
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field is a plus
No prior experience required — internships, volunteer roles , or extracurriculars in events or marketing a plus
Strong interpersonal, communication , and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in fast-paced settings
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Weekend and evening availability for events preferred
Passion for community involvement , brand promotion , and public engagement
Outgoing, friendly, and able to connect with diverse audiences
Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and make an impact
A team player with a collaborative mindset and proactive attitude
