Job Type: Full-time, On-site Salary: $19 to $26 per hour Job Description We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our event operations, gaining hands-on experience in planning and executing a diverse range of events. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate gatherings, weddings, and community outreach activities
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products
• Prepare and organize event materials, documents, and logistics
• Assist with on-site event setup, including staging, signage, and decoration
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain event budgets and track expenses.

Qualities We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A passion for events and creativity in problem-solving
