We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Marketing Associates . This role supports live events, community outreach programs, and in-person marketing campaigns for nonprofit organizations and ethical brands. No experience is required— we provide full paid training and ongoing mentorship .

Role Overview

As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you’ll assist with event marketing initiatives, engage directly with the public, and help increase awareness for mission-driven campaigns. This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for candidates who are outgoing, reliable, and excited to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit clients and socially responsible brands at community events

• Assist with event setup, booth displays, and promotional materials

• Engage with attendees in face-to-face conversations about campaign goals

• Share clear, accurate information and answer basic questions

• Support donor acquisition, supporter enrollment, or lead generation

• Work with team members to execute marketing and outreach strategies

• Track simple campaign data and provide feedback for improvement

• Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic presence at all events
