We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Marketing Associates . This role supports live events, community outreach programs, and in-person marketing campaigns for nonprofit organizations and ethical brands. No experience is required— we provide full paid training and ongoing mentorship .
As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you’ll assist with event marketing initiatives, engage directly with the public, and help increase awareness for mission-driven campaigns. This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for candidates who are outgoing, reliable, and excited to learn.
Represent nonprofit clients and socially responsible brands at community events
Assist with event setup, booth displays, and promotional materials
Engage with attendees in face-to-face conversations about campaign goals
Share clear, accurate information and answer basic questions
Support donor acquisition, supporter enrollment, or lead generation
Work with team members to execute marketing and outreach strategies
Track simple campaign data and provide feedback for improvement
Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic presence at all events
Experience is not required—we hire based on attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
