Position : ERP Implementation Manager
Location: Berks County, PA

The ERP Implementation Manager is a critical opening with one of the area’s top employers! Our client is a privately owned organization with $3B+ in annual revenue and they offer employees an unrivaled culture and room for career advancement. This role will have an enormous impact on the future of the company and will be a major contributor in the selection process and implemention of an ERP system across the entire organization. The ERP Implementation Manager will ultimately be an invaluable member of the company and will have many opportunities for long-term advancement once the project is complete.

Impact of this role:
 

• Management of large scale ERP implementation projects : responsible for full highly-visible project management process, from start through completion. Will define project scope, develop detailed project plan and schedule, track project progress, provide updates and reports to stakeholders and executives, and manage budget.
• Influence and collaborate with business leaders: will lead meetings between stakeholders and executives in different areas of the business, communicate goals and objectives, and assist with plans to achieve department objectives.
• Direct cross-functional teams: will manage simultaneous project initiatives and direct teams in various divisions, assign team member responsibilities, and coordinate project resources.
• Solve problems: will work creatively and analytically to identify and remove project roadblocks, escalate issues for resolution, and pivot project objectives, as necessary.
• Foster culture of process improvement and optimization : will lead process improvement initiatives, establish best practices, and stay up to date on emerging technologies.

To be successful in this position, candidates should have 15+ years of project management and system implementation experience. ERP implementation is an essential piece of experience, as is PMP or PMI certification. The right person for this role will also have experience managing projects of a similar magnitude ($3B revenue and 5,000+ employees).
