Chronos Escape Room (Pomona, CA) is Hiring Game Masters

Located at 676 Fairplex Dr. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and hardworking .

Availability Requirement

• Applicants must be available to work Friday evenings and either all day or evening shifts on Saturdays and Sundays

Business Hours

• Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 11:30 AM – 12:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

As a Game Master , you will serve as a storyteller, guide, and problem solver . You will interact directly with players in the game rooms and help create a fun and memorable experience. We are looking for individuals who learn quickly, pay close attention to detail, and—most importantly—demonstrate excellent customer service and hospitality. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting players and explaining game rules
• Assisting players throughout the game experience
• Monitoring game progress and providing hints when necessary
• Resetting game rooms for the next group
• Handling game reservations and front desk duties
• Promoting future game bookings to customers
• Maintaining cleanliness and general upkeep of the facility

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality; comfortable interacting with customers
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Good organizational skills and self-motivation
• Responsible, polite, and professional
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to report income for tax purposes
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation, able to commute independently to and from work
