Signal Tru Brand is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Events Assistant will support the planning and execution of client events, ensuring smooth operations, timely coordination, and a high standard of service. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work in a team, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating events from start to finish
Manage event logistics including venue arrangements, vendor coordination, and equipment setup
Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
Monitor event timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
Support on-site event execution and resolve any operational issues
Maintain accurate event documentation and reports
Ensure brand consistency across all event materials and interactions
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
1+ years of experience in event coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings for events
