We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient under pressure, and passionate about event management.
Responsibilities
Assist with the coordination and execution of all event logistics
Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
Manage event calendars, timelines, and budgets
Support on-site event operations including setup, registration, and teardown
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing materials, reports, and post-event evaluations
Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on action items
Help ensure events are compliant with safety and company standards
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
1-2 years of experience in event planning or a related administrative/support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning tools (e.g., Excel, project management platforms)
Availability for occasional evening or weekend work depending on event schedules
