Executive Administrator

Westport, CT | Hybrid (3 Days in Office, 2 Days Remote)
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 (No medical benefits)

Are you an organized, proactive, and resourceful professional looking for an exciting role in a fast-paced environment? A dynamic and growing consumer products company is searching for an Executive Administrator to support a busy, creative, and forward-thinking executive.

What You'll Do:

Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
Communication & Coordination: Engage with global manufacturers and key stakeholders with professionalism and clarity.
Financial & Office Tasks: Deposit checks, track expenses, and manage essential paperwork.
Marketing & Social Media: Assist with social media presence and support marketing and sales efforts.
Operational Efficiency: Field calls, manage correspondence, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Personal & Miscellaneous Tasks: Occasionally run errands and provide light personal assistance.
