Executive Assistant to Main Principal, International Entrepreneur Investment Management Company, Miami, Florida, Local Remote
A main principal of an international investment management company that invests in entrepreneurs focused on health, living and work to bring meaningful positive impact to our lives is looking for a “right hand” Executive Assistant. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and an overall international perspective (the firm is based in Amsterdam with a local office in Miami). The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a c-suite executive in the finance space and has an interest to be an integral part of the business. This is a local remote position, meeting with the principal to catch up on projects, roughly 2 times a week as needed.
About the Job:
¨ Support the principal as a true “right hand” with all day-to-day matters including managing his calendar, scheduling international meetings, video /calls,
¨ Prioritize emails and craft responses on his behalf
¨ Organize and manage domestic/international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries; Have a cost savings mentality in booking trips for the principal, personally for the family and professionally
¨ Interact with accountants in Amsterdam to help compile financial reports on portfolio companies. The accountants provide the data.
¨ Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for an update on the portfolio companies of the firm to the limited partners. All financial data will be provided for the presentation
¨ Prepare principal for internal and investment meetings with collateral materials and possible research
¨ Plan events, dinners
¨ Expense reporting
¨ Some personal work; run errands at times
¨ Ad hoc projects
¨ Off hour availability via cell, within reason
About You:
¨ A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a c-suite executives in a start-up type environment or finance firm
¨ Bachelor’s Degree
¨ Very detail oriented with the ability to change gears quickly - a true multi-tasker and problem solver who can anticipate needs
¨ High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information; high emotional and intellectual intelligence
¨ Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; Excellent PowerPoint skills and an interest working around numbers/financial reports/Portfolio information
¨ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; tech savvy with an entrepreneurial spirit
