Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team. This role is best suited for an organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to a flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities - Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as the point of contact between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and follow-up documentation.
- Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and assist with budget tracking.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage shifting priorities.
