This is not a standard assistant role—it’s about protecting time, driving execution, and keeping the CEO focused on scaling a national law firm. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. This person should have experience working in a fast-paced environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to executives.

Cover Letter Instructions
No more than two paragraphs and one closing sentence.
• In the first paragraph, explain what you believe are the three most important qualities needed in someone who works as an executive assistant and why they matter most.

Responsibilities:
• Managing and protecting the CEO’s calendar and time.
• Filtering and managing all inbound calls, emails, and messages so only the highest-value items reach the CEO.
• Tracking key metrics and updating dashboards (Monday.com, HubSpot, Clio).
• Managing and prioritizing the CEO’s to-do list, ensuring accountability and follow-through.
• Preparing daily briefs: key numbers, top 3 priorities, and meeting prep notes.
• Coordinating with the broader leadership team to close loops and ensure projects move forward.
• Handling travel arrangements, scheduling, and light personal support when needed.

Qualifications:
• 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties.
• Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
• Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information.
• Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Tech-savvy.
