Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Executive Chef 3 to join our team at Marathon Petroleum in Findlay Ohio. The current food landscape consists of 1 corporate cafe that serves Breakfast and Lunch, a Starbucks and Catering Operations. The Executive Chef 3 will elevate the food offering, be at the forefront of culinary excellence, curating upscale hospitality experiences that delight our clientele. This is a hands-on, innovative role that will focus on high quality food and growing the culinary program with our client.

Incentives


Predominately a M-F schedule 6am to 4pm with some evenings for catering

What You'll Do


  • Menu planning
  • Ordering
  • Inventory
  • Hands on about 70% of the client
  • Interaction with the Client
  • Leading and developing a team of 1 Chef Manager and 10 to 12 hourly employees
  • Catering production

Qualifications & Requirements


Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
