Currently looking for an experience Parts Counter associate for our growing automotive group. If you have a working knowledge of auto parts and repair coupled with exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you. Pay will be dependent upon experience!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to communicate with customers about parts and automotive repair.
• Ensure proper Inventory levels and assist customers with special orders
• Work with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Superior customer service skills
• Strong computer skills and willingness to
• Fast, eager learner and team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new processes
• Ability to multi task while remaining customer focused
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
