Data Migration – Fall Intern

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy intern to join our team for the fall semester. This position focuses on supporting our major digital transformation initiative as we migrate all company data to SharePoint. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in data management, digital organization systems, and construction project documentation while playing a key role in modernizing our company's information infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and transferring files from legacy systems to SharePoint
• Review, categorize, and properly structure project documents and files
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process
• Create standardized folder structures and naming conventions
• Support quality control processes for transferred data
• Assist with basic data cleanup and duplicate file identification

Required Qualifications

• Strong comfort level with technology
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed procedures
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Reliable and able to handle confidential company information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Previous experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries
• Familiarity with document management best practices
