Job Description

We are seeking a part-time fulfillment coordinator to help with various tasks, including managing inventory of company conference and sales material; establishing and managing a mailroom; working with shipping vendors to coordinate the on-time shipping of materials to and from events; inventorying, organizing, and replacing (if necessary) materials when they return from events; receiving and fulfilling shipping orders from various departments; sourcing pricing and solutions from logistics vendors; making routine runs to UWorld’s office to collect and distribute mail and packages; and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education Required

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Minimum Required Experience

• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in logistics and materials management
• Experience handling and negotiating contracts for services
• Experience working with and managing vendor services

JOB DUTIES (including but not limited to)

• Fulfillment & Inventory Management

• Manage fulfillment logistics for external events

• Receive and ship orders directly from sales and marketing employees

• Arrange and maintain an orderly warehouse and mailroom

• Maintain an always up-to-day inventory of company materials

• Arrange for printed items for sales needs directly from print vendors

• Drive to UWorld’s office to collect and distribute mail and packages

• Ensure all materials are shipped to/from conferences on time

• Inspect, organize, and replace (if necessary) all materials when they return from conferences

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in materials management
• Ability to lift heavier items of 50 pounds or more
• Reliable transportation to drive to/from UWorld’s office during working days (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
• Superior organizational and self-motivation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to react in a constructive manner to direct feedback and constructive criticism
