SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Here’s your chance to work at the best brewery in the region! Our growing brewery is looking for the right individuals to join our Sales & Distribution Team as a Sales Rep! Looking for individuals who are high energy, organized, approachable and self-motivated. Attention to detail and teamwork are mandatory. We offer very competitive compensation package and these opportunities will allow for substantial growth.
Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional service to existing accounts and identify and open new accounts while representing three brands (West Side Brewing, West Cider, Gilligan’s) in a designated sales territory.
· Sell beer and cider in both draft and package format to bars, restaurants, and retail beverage stores.
· Leverage existing software application (Ekos) to enter orders and communicate details to the delivery team.
· Collaborate with other sales team members and company leadership on draft and package distribution offerings.
· Execute current strategy while providing input to improve overall performance of the sales team.
· Assist in gaining additional chain business.
· Create, maintain, and develop relationships with strategic accounts.
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve the business.
· Foster a positive culture in the Distribution Team and throughout the company.
Qualifications
· 2+ years Food & Beverage experience preferred.
· 2+ years successful sales experience preferred.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced organization.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organization and ability to multi-task.
· Ability to work effectively on a team.· Passion and commitment to being a part of the best brewery distribution business in the region.
· Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
· Must be able to plan, organize and monitor work with minimal supervision with a high attention to detail.
· Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
· Ability to move and lift ½ barrels of beer (approx. 160 pounds) as well as cases of beer as needed.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
