We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to assist with the migration from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC). The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, mapping them to D365 BC, and ensuring a seamless transition. This role requires deep expertise in both Dynamics GP and D365 BC functionalities, including finance, inventory, sales, and procurement modules. The consultant will work closely with project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze and document current business processes in Dynamics GP and translate them into optimized workflows in D365 BC.
* Configure and customize D365 BC to meet business requirements.
* Provide guidance on data migration strategies and assist in migrating data from Dynamics GP to D365 BC.
* Conduct system testing and validation to ensure proper functionality post-migration.
* Train and support end-users throughout the transition.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Required Skills:

* Strong experience with Dynamics GP and D365 Business Central.
* Proven track record in ERP system migrations.
* Knowledge of finance, supply chain, and manufacturing modules within Dynamics systems.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

This is a contract position for the duration of the migration project.
