Job Description

Building Materials / Construction Company in Montrose looking for Full Time Yard and Shop including Forklift.

Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm (Schedule may vary some)

*$19/hr *

General Labor / Yard Associate / Forklift

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload building materials, lumber, and supplies using forklifts and manual methods.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe yard and warehouse environment.
• Assist customers and delivery drivers with loading and material verification.
• Inspect and document incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Support inventory control through regular counts and material tracking.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Perform general labor duties including lifting, stacking, and staging materials as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating forklifts and handling building materials.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Team-oriented attitude with reliable attendance and work ethic.
