Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Design Assistant to join our team. As a Graphic Design Assistant, you will work closely with our design team to create visual concepts that communicate our brand message and enhance our marketing efforts. You will assist in the development of various design projects, including but not limited to, digital and print advertisements, product packaging, social media graphics, and company presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to create visual assets for various marketing campaigns and projects
• Assist in the development of digital and print advertisements, product packaging, social media graphics, and company presentations
• Use design software and tools to create high-quality designs that align with the company's brand guidelines
• Conduct market research to stay updated on design trends and best practices
• Communicate and present design ideas to team members and stakeholders
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Ensure all designs are of high quality and accurately represent the company's brand

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Experience with creating digital and print designs for marketing campaigns
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Passion for design and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
