Description Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Loan Closings: Work closely with brokers and the closing team to schedule and coordinate loan closings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. Document Management: Collect, review, and organize all necessary documentation required for loan closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between brokers and the closing team, facilitating clear and timely communication to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Taking Calls: Handle incoming calls professionally, providing information and assistance to brokers, clients, and internal teams as needed. Compliance: Ensure all loan closing activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Problem-Solving: Identify and address any potential issues or delays in the loan closing process, working collaboratively with brokers and the closing team to find solutions. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to brokers, clients, and internal teams, maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan closing activities, ensuring all documentation is properly filed and accessible. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance, real estate, or a related field is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in loan processing, real estate, or a related field is preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications Qualifications - Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently - Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment - Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment - Effective time management skills to deliver work on time - Capable communicator, written and oral - Demonstrated proficiency with computers and mainstream computer applications (Microsoft, Google, etc.) - Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred - General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations - Ideally would like a candidate with mortgage experience, but this is not required - They will consider candidates who have graduated and little to no work experience. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
