An Executive couple with no children has created a new role for a new residence and are seeking an experienced House Manager/Butler to support their busy lives as they acclimate to a new residence. Interviews will be conducted in April for a May start date. Responsibilities: This position entails 360 responsibility for the home and includes vendor management and interfacing with their offices. Creating a welcoming and inviting home is second nature for candidates, as this role includes overseeing and directing a housekeeper. Dog care will be integral, so applicants should have an affinity for dogs and be happy to walk and care for their dog. Tasks such as managing catered events (from start to finish) and mixing a drink or creating a cheeseboard for business associates or guests who may be visiting the residence are a necessity in this position. Candidates with experience in and a genuine appreciation for the art of hospitality will excel in this role. Qualifications: Previous experience working in luxury hospitality, fine homes, private clubs, yachts or airlines is a plus. Schedule: Full-time, generally with 2 consecutive days off per week Compensation: The couple is prepared to offer $150K - $200K annual compensation based on experience, plus benefits and paid time off.
