Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to take charge of leading, selling, and executing HVAC projects from start to finish. This role is a critical blend of project oversight and business development, contributing significantly to operational success and company growth. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, proven leadership abilities, and a drive for excellence in project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of multiple HVAC projects, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.

• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource distribution, and coordination with subcontractors.

• Track project milestones and address issues promptly to avoid delays or setbacks.

• Facilitate regular updates with clients and internal teams to keep stakeholders informed.

• Adhere to and enforce OSHA regulations, safety guidelines, and company protocols across all projects.

• Prepare and present customized proposals, presentations, and contracts to meet client requirements effectively.

• Expand the client base by identifying and securing new business opportunities while building long-term client relationships.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high service levels throughout the project lifecycle.

• Explore and act on new sales opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.

• Manage project budgets by tracking expenses, generating financial reports, and projecting costs to achieve profitability targets.

• Analyze financial metrics, such as revenue, expenses, and margins, to ensure projects meet profitability expectations.

• Work with finance and operations teams to optimize internal processes and enhance financial outcomes.

• Lead and support project teams, promoting teamwork and accountability for results.

• Mentor and guide junior team members by sharing industry expertise and best practices.

• Supervise on-site operations to ensure projects meet quality standards and run efficiently.

Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years of experience in HVAC project management or sales, preferably in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Expertise in HVAC systems and proficiency with project management tools like Procore and MS Project.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets, costs, and margins.
• Proven success in building client relationships and driving business growth.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong commitment to maintaining safety standards and setting a positive example for the team.
