TEKsystems is currently hiring Member Service Representatives to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Winchester, VA! Position: Member Service Representative (Account Services) Job Description + To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation + Provide information regarding the company's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service + Perform transactions or related functions for Savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts + Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction + Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily Qualifications + High School Diploma/ GED required + 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking) + Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment + Professional written and verbal communication skills + Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills Training: First 6 weeks of training is FULLY onsite. Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm OR 3pm - 11pm Schedules available (after training): 4 week days & 1 weekend day: 11am - 8:30pm, 1pm - 10:30pm, 2:30pm - 12am, 3:00pm - 12:30am, 3:30pm - 1am, or 4pm - 1:30am Location: Winchester, VA / ability to work hybrid after training with 2 days onsite per week Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
