We are seeking a General Counsel with extensive experience leading the risk function for software and SaaS companies who will provide legal advice and legal strategy as a senior leader of the Company and will supervise a team of attorneys and legal professionals. lead legal issues in a supervisory role and directly including: contractual matters from sales to partnerships to vendors, employment across the company and its subsidiaries, international subsidiary governance and compliance, intellectual property, and general corporate risk matters in addition to working closely with outside counsel on a variety of general corporate law matters, including litigation.
