**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician II **Shift:** Third Shift **(Thursday - Sunday, 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM)** **Pay:** Starting at $28/hr (with significant growth opportunities) **Environment:** Newer facility, clean, air-conditioned workspace **Employment Type:** Full-time, Long-Term Opportunity with Benefits **About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team in a modern, well-maintained facility. This position offers stability, competitive pay, and room for advancement in a supportive environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and maintain conveyor systems, including replacing rollers, chains, pulleys, bearings, and sprockets. + Perform gearbox replacements and maintenance. + Replace and rewire 480V 3-phase motors as needed. + Conduct basic facilities maintenance tasks. + Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Ensure all work meets safety and operational standards. **Qualifications** + Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role. + Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting techniques. + Ability to work independently and efficiently on third shift. + Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Commitment to safety and quality standards. **Benefits & Growth** + Competitive starting pay at $28/hr. + Comprehensive benefits package. + Significant opportunities for career growth and advancement. + Work in a clean, climate-controlled facility with modern equipment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
