What You'll Do:
🏥 Review and analyze inpatient medical records for accurate coding
📋 Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM/PCS codes for diagnoses and procedures
✅ Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and healthcare regulations
📊 Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation
🔍 Conduct quality reviews and audits of coded records
📈 Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 2 years of inpatient coding experience
✅ Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding systems
✅ Understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
✅ RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification preferred
✅ Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
✅ Proficiency with coding software and EHR systems
