One Behavioral  offers a continuum of psychiatric services for children and adolescents, ages 4-17, and for adults, age 18 and older. What Are We Looking For?

One Behavioral is on a continued path for growth. We are looking to add full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) or Physician Assistants (PA) specializing in Behavioral Health to our team. This position includes 1-2 weekend calls per month. We hope that our providers will contribute to our mission and embody our values. In addition to patient care, employee satisfaction is our top priority.

 

Opportunity Details:

• Inpatient setting, treating patients across the lifespan, with a focus on children and adolescents.
• Bi-monthly team meetings with supervising physicians and bi-monthly Continuing Education Symposiums with peer providers and supervisors.
• Skills and knowledge-based fit to accommodate the correct fit for Supervisor-Supervisee relationships.
• One Behavioral is ideal for new graduates and those early in their careers, as we strive to educate and help our providers grow with the help of our supervising providers.
• Flexible work schedule (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN, 7 Days On & 7 Days Off)

Requirements:

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Experience in child and adolescent psychiatry (preferred).
• Licensed to practice (license in good standing) in Texas is required at the time of hire.
• Ability to integrate well with a multidisciplinary team.
