Position: Sign InstallerJob Description:

As a Sign Installer, you will play a crucial role in assisting real estate agents in marketing their properties effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installation: Safely and accurately install sign posts and real estate signs in designated locations, ensuring they are secure, visible, and comply with local regulations.
• Removal: Efficiently remove signs upon property sale or expiration, ensuring a seamless transition and leaving the area clean.
• Accessories: Install additional accessories such as brochure boxes, rider signs, and other promotional materials as needed.
• Maintenance: Periodically inspect and maintain installed signs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure they remain in excellent condition.
• Customer Service: Interact with real estate agents and clients professionally, addressing any concerns and providing assistance when needed.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance tasks, and any relevant information to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sign installation, construction, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure signs are placed accurately and securely.
• Physical ability to lift and carry sign posts, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Reliable transportation is required (truck or work van must be provided by the worker).

Compensation:

• Commission-based position – paid per sign installed.
• Bi-weekly pay – consistent and reliable.
• Gas reimbursement provided.
