Position Overview:  We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and empathetic Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal help. This is a remote position where you’ll manage inbound calls, assess potential cases, and guide clients through the intake process. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping people in need of legal services.
