Position Title: Manager, International Operations 

Position Overview:

We are seeking an International Operations Manager who is detail-oriented and analytical with Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination to manage purchase orders, maintain vendor relationships, and oversee international supply chain processes. In this role, we require proficiency in data analysis and procurement workflows, leveraging tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 Business Central 2024 to optimize operations. Experience with ClickUp for project management is a plus. This role is an on-site role based in Nashville, TN.

Objectives & Responsibilities:

• Place and track purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
• Maintain and strengthen vendor relationships, negotiating terms and resolving supply issues.
• Analyze supply chain reports using Power BI, Excel, and Google Sheets to optimize procurement and inventory fulfillment strategies.
• Ensure data integrity across procurement and supply chain systems, including Dynamics 365 Business Central 2024.
• Review and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with vendor agreements.
• Oversee the PO lifecycle through ClickUp, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any roadblocks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret supply chain data and optimize processes.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Experience with ClickUp or other project management tools highly preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain optimization strategies highly preferred.
• Experience in international supply chain or logistics highly preferred.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is highly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
