Working Conditions

•  Hybrid schedule: a minimum of 2-days in person in the office is required, but subject to change based on management needs.

If it is determined a candidate does not meet the Minimum Qualifications, the candidate will be withheld from the eligibility list, rendering them inactive and ineligible to be hired for the position. Candidates who have been withheld may file an appeal with the State Personnel Board.

Statement of Qualifications

All applicants must provide a Statement of Qualifications for the hiring manager’s review to be considered for this position. A notation or reference to other materials such as resumes or the application will not be considered as a viable response. Incomplete or missing response(s) to the information requested may negatively impact the assessment of the responses. When preparing the Statement of Qualifications, please follow these guidelines:

• Title the document “Statement of Qualifications.”

• The Statement of Qualifications must be typed, single-spaced, using size 12-point, Arial font.

• The Statement of Qualifications responses, collectively, may not exceed two (2) pages.

• The information provided must be complete and presented in a clear and concise manner. The information should demonstrate how the applicant’s current knowledge, skills, and training(s) meet the requirements outlined in the Duty Statement (PO-199) and the required professional and technical skills and abilities required to assume the position.
