Internet Marketing Specialist Position Summary:
Aspen Home Improvements is seeking a creative and data-driven Internet Marketing Specialist
to help grow our online presence, drive leads, and boost brand awareness. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns, creating engaging content,
and analyzing performance metrics to improve marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Campaign Management:
○ Develop, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across platforms
such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
○ Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, display ads, and retargeting campaigns.
○ Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
○ Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search
rankings.
○ Perform keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
○ Track and analyze website traffic, backlinks, and search engine performance.
3. Content Creation and Management:
○ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for blogs, social media,
email campaigns, and landing pages.
○ Create engaging posts and promotions for social media platforms.
○ Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
4. Website Management:
○ Ensure the company website is updated, user-friendly, and optimized for
conversions.
○ Collaborate with web developers to implement design and functionality
improvements.
5. Email Marketing:
○ Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer
engagement.
○ Segment email lists and personalize campaigns based on customer behavior.
○ Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve campaign
effectiveness.
6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
○ Analyze digital marketing data and generate performance reports.
○ Identify trends and areas for improvement.
○ Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
7. Collaboration:
○ Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to align marketing efforts
with company goals.
○ Provide feedback on lead quality and conversions.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles.
● Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
● Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
● Strong writing and content creation skills.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data.
● Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot,
Salesforce) is a plus.
