IT Help Desk Technician

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana

• Document and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes and systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common software applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in an IT support role is a plus.
