IT Project Manager (Software Development) Remote

**Key Qualifications:**

- 5 to 7+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably with budgets over $500K.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from initiation to completion.
- Proficiency in effort-driven project planning techniques, particularly using MS Project.
- Strong understanding of project management competencies: planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
- PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute is preferred.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and execute Statements of Work (SOW).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the capability to remain composed under pressure.
- Strong focus on customer service, collaboration, and consultative approach to projects.
- Competence in forecasting and managing project finances, including invoicing and timekeeping.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages across organizational levels.
- Sound judgment and decision-making ability in complex situations.
- Willingness to understand technical systems, data flow, and architecture.
