• Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable profitability and growth.
• Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives to expand our footprint in the landscaping industry.
• Team Development: Cultivate a high-performing executive team and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven executive leadership experience, preferably as a CEO or in a senior management role within the landscaping, construction, or related industries.
• Strong strategic, operational, and financial acumen with a track record of driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape in the landscaping market.
