We specialize in creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces for both residential and commercial projects. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Hardscape Project Manager to join our team, who is ready to work in the field and contribute to our growing success.

Job Overview:

As an Assistant Hardscape Project Manager , you will work directly in the field, supporting the project manager to oversee and coordinate hardscape projects from start to finish. You will assist in managing the daily operations of projects, ensuring timelines, and quality standards are met. You’ll be hands-on in the field, monitoring work progress, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly to create exceptional outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing multiple hardscape projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on fieldwork.
  • Work closely with the project team on-site to read and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Support project resource allocation from the field.
  • Communicate directly with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Supervise daily activities of hardscape crews and subcontractors on-site, ensuring high-quality work.
  • Ensure projects comply with safety and quality standards, conducting regular site inspections.
  • Provide real-time updates to senior project managers on project progress, challenges, and accomplishments.
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues as they arise, ensuring solutions are implemented efficiently.
  • Maintain organization and track project status to meet deadlines and client expectations.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in hardscape construction or a related field.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and plans.
  • Strong knowledge of hardscape materials, techniques, and installation processes.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software (preferred but not required).
  • A valid driver’s license.


Pay range : Starting at $50,000+ depending on experience.
