Connexure is hiring a Junior Project Manager as a full-time job in Atlanta, GA.
The primary responsibility of the Junior Project Manager role is to drive the successful delivery of projects, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position focuses on coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and improving processes for greater operational efficiency. You will have the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives with a well-respected private equity sponsor, offering an alternative to traditional large consultancy roles.
Connexure is a software company focused on servicing the self-funded medical benefits ecosystem. The software helps stop loss carriers, brokers, third-party administrators with quoting, underwriting, and administering stop loss policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and trackers to ensure timely completion of tasks
Brainstorm and implement strategies for improving project outcomes and operational efficiency
Support project execution by managing key deliverables and communicating progress to stakeholders
Prepare and deliver project updates, reports, and presentations to management and team members
Job Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years of relevant experience (project management, consulting, etc)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple project simultaneously
High level of motivation and self-direction
