Job Overview:
321 Web Marketing is seeking an organized and proactive Junior WordPress Developer who is passionate about web development and eager to specialize in WordPress and the Genesis Framework. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in web development, looking to enhance their skills and contribute to building and maintaining WordPress websites, while also offering helpdesk support.

Key Responsibilities:
● WordPress Development and Customization: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites with an emphasis on quality and performance.
● Show expertise in theme and plugin development, customization, and management.
● Technical SEO and Site Optimization: Implement technical SEO practices, optimize website speed, responsiveness, and performance.
● Content Management System Mastery: Manage WordPress CMS effectively and provide training and support to clients or team members.
● Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside design, content, and marketing teams to ensure web development aligns with broader marketing strategies.
● Quality Assurance: Conduct testing for website functionality, user experience, and cross-device compatibility. Address and troubleshoot website issues.
● Client Communication and Support: Understand client needs and provide ongoing support and updates for WordPress sites. Offer technical guidance and website improvement recommendations.
● Continual Learning and Development: Stay updated on WordPress, web development technologies, and best practices. Continuously enhance skills in WordPress and the Genesis Framework.
● Performance Metrics and Growth Expectations: Deliver WordPress projects on time, achieve high client satisfaction ratings, and maintain expertise in WordPress and Genesis Framework.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (preferred).
● Technical Skills and Framework Knowledge: Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
● Experience with the Genesis Framework is highly preferred.1-3 years of experience in WordPress development.
● Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
● Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
