Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Kitchen and Bath Designer who is equally passionate about design, customer experience, and project execution. This role blends creative design , client sales , and project management to ensure each renovation exceeds expectations from concept to completion.

• Design & Planning:
  Create detailed kitchen and bath layouts using 20/20 Design software , ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with construction standards.
• Client Consultation & Sales:
  Meet with clients to understand needs, present design solutions, recommend materials, and close sales with professionalism and expertise.
• Product Knowledge:
  Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and flooring, including material functionality , trends, and performance.
• Project Management:
  Oversee projects from concept to completion—managing timelines, coordinating with vendors, installers, and in-house teams, and handling change orders.
• Job Site Coordination:
  Conduct site visits to verify measurements, assess progress, and ensure installation aligns with design and construction expectations.
• Team Collaboration:
  Work closely with designers, fabricators, installers, and sales teams to deliver seamless client experiences and high-quality results.
• Customer Service:
  Maintain strong communication throughout the project, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in kitchen and bath design, sales, and project coordination.
• Proficiency with design software such as 2020 Design, AutoCAD, Chief Architect, or similar.
• Strong understanding of residential remodeling, cabinetry systems, countertop materials, and fixtures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NKBA certification or Interior Design degree.
• Experience using CRM systems and project management tools.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
