LEASE ADMINISTRATOR for upscale apartment community - Natomas, CA

About your new Career:

 

Lewis Apartment Communities has an immediate opening for a full-time Leasing Administrator at one of its most dynamic communities, , located inNatomas, CA. This position will work with the Community Director and staff to provide a variety of services to current and potential residents at this busy, beautiful community. In your new role, you will coordinate and administer the application and move-in paperwork process accurately and within company standards, thereby maintaining a quality leasing experience for new residents. 

Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Processing all resident files,
  • Confirming apartment move-ins. 
  • Scheduling appointments for final move-in paperwork
  • Administering move-in packets, coordinating keys/remotes, and other duties related to new residents.
  • You will also be ready for Sales, leasing our upscale apartments with our award-winning teams.

To be successful, your background should include:

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably in an upscale hospitality, sales, retail and/or property management environment. 
  • Previous administrative skills with knowledge of basic programs such as MS Word, MS Outlook and Excel is required. 
  • Excellent customer service and sales interactions to ensure a quality experience for prospective Lewis residents, their guests, and the public.
  • Your written and verbal skills should be excellent, combined with a teamwork personality and a drive for learning and personal success.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Hours for this position are 9am-6pm and the days off are Wednesday & Thursday. Working weekends will be required. 

SALARY & BENEFITS:

In addition to a competitive hourly salary of $23.50/hour, you will have the potential to earn sales commissions and will qualify for annual bonus and pay raise eligibility every year. You will also receive a $650 allowance for you to purchase stylish work attire with $450 each subsequent year, a $60 cell phone allowance, a variety of medical and dental benefits plans, a 401K savings plan with company match, apartment discounts, paid holidays, vacation time, continued training, advancement potential and much more.
