Our client is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Leasing Agent to join our team at a luxury lease-up propertyin New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team responsible for introducing high-end rental residences to the market.

This is a role that would offer a base salary, as well as a generous commission and bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective residents—conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and present available units with confidence and professionalism.
• Build rapport with prospects to understand their lifestyle needs and match them to the right unit.
• Convert leads into signed leases and meet or exceed leasing targets during the initial lease-up phase.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market conditions, pricing, and competitive properties.
• Host and coordinate open houses, broker events, and community engagement initiatives.
• Provide feedback on market trends, renter preferences, and opportunities to optimize the leasing strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leasing experience, preferably in a lease-up or luxury rental environment.
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering premium resident experiences.
• Familiarity with New Jersey real estate rental regulations is preferred.
• Polished communication and presentation skills.
