Role Overview:
We are a large real estate company managing luxury apartment buildings in Brooklyn, seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join our in-house team. You will be the face of our luxury properties, guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process and helping maintain high occupancy rates.
Responsibilities:
Conduct property tours and show luxury apartments to prospective tenants.
Explain leasing terms, policies, and community features clearly and professionally.
Manage lease applications, screenings, and documentation accurately.
Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective and current residents.
Coordinate lease signings and move-in procedures.
Maintain strong relationships with prospects and residents to promote renewals and referrals.
Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Meet or exceed leasing goals and contribute to occupancy targets.
Requirements:
Prior leasing agent experience, preferably in luxury residential properties.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
Ability to work in-house and be available for showings during business hours and some evenings/weekends.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
