We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team as an Adult Behavioral Health Therapist. In this role, you will provide clinical services to clients with mental health and substance abuse diagnoses, conducting assessments, delivering therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. • Base Salary: Based on licensing and experience
  • Full License : $54,171-$73,281
  • Limited License : $50,017.50-$68,659.50 
• Starting Bonus: No signing bonus offered
• Relocation Assistance: No relocation offered
• Shift: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 7 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm; evening hours as determined by program needs

• Participate in delivering clinical services for adults and families
• Assess and document client needs for mental health and/or substance abuse services
• Provide individual and group therapy
• Collaborate with other professionals and service providers to ensure integrated care
• Maintain compliance with contractual and licensure requirements
• Attend supervision, meetings, and case consultations
• Complete clinical records and agency documentation promptly
• Adhere to professional codes of ethics
• Facilitate effective discharge planning
• Complete required training in mental health and substance use disorders
• Perform additional duties as required

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• State of Michigan licensure (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, TLLP, or LLP); candidates without a license must obtain licensure within a 60-day training period
• Qualified Mental Health Professional credential within 120 days of hire
• 1 year of experience (including fieldwork or internship) working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness
