Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Shifts Available: 12-Hour Overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise CNA, CMA, Nurse Aide staff members in performing care and administering medicine.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document resident care and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
- Assist with resident assessments and monitor changes in conditions.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
Requirements:
- Current South Dakota LPN license.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts as required, including every other weekend.
- Compassion and dedication to delivering high-quality care.
