Job Description

Description We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Litigation Attorney for a remote, ongoing contract position. This role involves supporting business and real estate disputes through pre-trial preparation, motion practice, and document review. Responsibilities: - Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda related to commercial disputes. - Conduct legal research and analyze contracts, leases, and property agreements. - Prepare case summaries, deposition outlines, and settlement materials. - Support attorneys in mediation and resolution efforts. - Maintain case organization, filings, and timely correspondence. Requirements Qualifications: - J.D. from an accredited law school. - Active California Bar License in good standing. - 5+ years of commercial litigation or real estate law experience preferred. - Strong analytical and drafting abilities. - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
