The first day spa of its kind in West Michigan. An eco-luxury salon and spa located in Ada, Michigan. Offering a luxury spa experience with amenities unique to Ethos.
Our spa guests are able to use our steam room, infrared sauna, outdoor hot tub, cold plunges, and fire pit adding to the value of each service and encouraging guests to stay longer and return more frequently.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver consistently high-quality facials and body treatments to our guests, adhering to our award-winning protocols. 
• Thoroughly prepare each treatment according to our specified criteria. Educate guests on the advantages of the performed service and suggest products for at-home use. 
• Actively promote additional Ethos Day Spa services with enthusiasm and provide enhanced treatments for exceptional guest experience.
• Serve as an example of everything that is Ethos Day Spa by maintaining treatment areas to Ethos standards. 
• Assist in various capacities when not engaged in treatment sessions, demonstrating a readiness to undertake any task that contributes to an exceptional guest experience and the success of our business.

What skills are required:

• Valid state esthetician license required.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in a spa environment offering complete facial treatments. (Only candidates who meet this requirement will be contacted.)
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge about our spa's unique facial and body treatment services, along with a commitment to enhancing skills through participation in ongoing education courses.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and sales abilities are essential.
• Adaptability to evolving requirements is a key attribute.
• Willingness to partake in regular advanced education massages, facials, etc to comprehend the advantages of various treatment options and effectively convey our mission of Ethical, Effective, Ethos.
