Pay: $22.36-$24.26 per hour.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performs all tasks involved in the production of cable/wire.
• Follows standard work procedures and complies with all safety rules.
• Conducts daily safety start-up checks as well as safety checks throughout the shifts while using proper PPE.
• Meets all specifications of the Work Order, monitoring process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintains and logs all information required supporting traceability and quality.

Qualifications:

• Solid, stable work history with previous industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to Bend and Reach frequently, Push & Pull 75 lbs, and Lift 40 lbs.
• Can carry out verbal or written instructions.
• Meets attendance guidelines.
• Availability to work overtime (up to 12-hour shifts sometimes).
• Ability to work night shifts, or some flexibility with shift schedule.
