Key Responsibilities: * Perform and oversee repairs to building systems, equipment, and grounds * Maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety systems * Manage preventative maintenance schedule * Respond promptly to service requests * Oversee vendor work and inspections * Maintain compliance with safety regulations * Participate in MOD rotation and supervise maintenance staff Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * 2+ years maintenance experience in a similar setting * Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and equipment repair * Ability to read blueprints and follow safety procedures * Valid driver’s license Competencies:
