Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Mechanic III to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance and manufacturing support tasks to ensure smooth facility operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing or machine shops and is skilled in troubleshooting, repair, and general maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform various manufacturing tasks, including bonding, potting, soldering, sanding, laser engraving, mechanical assembly, and minor machining (buffing, drilling, grinding)
Complete maintenance and repair tasks efficiently while following manufacturing schedules, policies, and procedures
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues
Maintain production equipment and ensure all machinery is in working order
Work independently and as part of a team to resolve maintenance concerns and optimize operations
Follow personal protective equipment guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
Adhere to company policies regarding time, attendance, and workplace conduct

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
5 – 10 years of experience in manufacturing or machine shop maintenance
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
